Examining thermal energy generating activewear for Millennials
Yuan-Ting is an international student from Taiwan. She completed her undergraduate degree at Tatung University, which is also located in Taiwan, in the Industrial Design department. She is interested in researching product development in her graduate studies. During her undergraduate program, she had an internship with an apparel company, which inspired her to become more involved with the apparel industry. She then designed functional and medical apparel for mountaineering as her final undergraduate project. All educational and intern experiences inspired her masters thesis topic, which is developing functional active-wear. She is also a CAHNRs senator for the AMDT Graduate Student Association.
