Media Reviews

This site is a compilation of all Media Reviews published in the International Textiles and Apparel Newsletter. It represents collegial reviews of the respective resources intended to assist others in the profession in identifying resources for use in furthering classes or scholarship in the discipline. Author of this site is Dr. Carol Salusso, Washington State University (salusso@wsu.edu). It is linked to the International Textile and Apparel Association site that it was developed to serve.

A sister site, the Media Resource Directory will be available late September. The goal for this related site is to collate resources within the respective subject areas of the discipline, provide critiques of their applications, and invite input from others on resources they found useful and those they did not recommend.

Funding for creation of this site came from a 1998-2003 USDA Challenge Grant: Principal Investigators: Summers, T. A., & Salusso, C., Cassill, N., Kean, R., Laughlin, J., Co-Investigators: Belleau, B. , Dastoor, P., Kuttruf. Resources supporting fiber, textile and apparel curricula evolution.
